 Adding a third data centre in central London and connecting all three data centres with redundant fibre has considerably increased VoIP Unlimited's network capacity. This together with additional IP transit providers and new session boarder controllers enable the network to support over 35,000 simultaneous calls.

"In parallel, we have improved our internal management systems and implemented a new carrier grade billing system so that we can process orders faster and provide customers with comprehensive billing information" said Steve Bieniek, VoIP Unlimited's Sales Director.

The new systems have been adapted to meet VoIP Unlimited's specific needs including Dealer commission calculations, back end accounting and report generation. All of the improvements support the ongoing recruitment of new Channel Partners and providing high quality business grade VoIP services for their customers.

The 5.1m telephone numbers under VoIP Unlimited management enable the company to service customer's requirements in every geographic location within the UK.
